Just recieved little box of bright shinny stainless bolts and spark plug adaptor from staurt (t140v) all look top dollar trouble is this is now moving this oily rag rebuild to bright and shinny rebuild (so who needs a new kitchen?).dish washer could come in handed.Thanks staurt .lovely job. martin .

I know the feeling, my polished to near chrome finish Takasako wheels make the rest of the bike look dated. Tim edit ?).dish washer could come in handed, I get it about the partswasher, I meant dishwasher.

Yup, same here. Painted the bike, polished the engine cases, now rechroming bits. Rebuilt the wheels with new spokes and polished hubs and rims. This all makes the frame look shabby so I painted the bits you can see. Now the exhausts look decidedly rubbish... sigh... another $700 to rechrome them! Tis a slippery slope once you start...
