I reckon it wouldn't be hard to match these colours with modern paints at all. Flake size is large for the blue- above 190 micron- and the candy colours could be cobalt blue or similar for the blue candy and one of (or a mix of) a couple of red-orange candies. It would be a bit of experimentation but a decent auto paint shop should be able to help out. Looking at my oragne bike, the silver flake is slightly finer and a more solid coat as well (i.e. no base showing through).
