Hi all,
Apologies for putting this on a RE5 forum but it is a Rotary, it has traveled less than 3,700 miles, is super rare, is in Australia and is for sale.
In recent time I have had some medial issues and I now find that I am undergoing further treatment, this was a bit unexpected and not the best news - this has led me to look at my bike collection and consider further culling.
My 1990 JPS Norton F1 is for sale, I had a buyer lined up (on first refusal) who had been chasing it for some years but his situation has recently changed (very sick wife) and he is no longer in a position to buy the bike.
These bikes sell in the UK for around GBP17-18,000 and generally in much more used and refurbished condition. That's around AU$35,000 plus freight from the UK and import fees (and GST) so in Australia you are looking at a landed cost of around $45,000 for a higher millage and perhaps refurbished machine.
My bike 100% original and is on the market for around this figure, if you are interested then pm me.
This bike is one of 136 manufactured of which not all would still be around so it is very rare and collectible and goes really well.
It comes complete with owners manuals (2 copies, one brand new and the other used a bit) and a workshop dealer/parts manual. The bike was fully Western Australian licensed that has recently been transfered to club license (easy to go back if necessary). I have full manufacturers/order/original purchaser documentation (letters, receipts and delivery), import documentation and inspection documentation.
Cheers
Carl
