So, like I said, stored outside a bit,when I push the bike back around the building..water pours out when put on the side stand.

Hard to believe it actually comes out of your frame....Is it not coming out of the overflow hose?

I never like the way Suzuki welded up the frame. All Suzuki frames were substandard welded around that time. Lots of places for water to get trapped. Jeff

Both my frame plate covers at the bottom have rusted and were cleaned out and re welded a flat plate with better drains on my hi miler 370,000 something. Tim It isn't real clear but my frame drains got plugged and shown is a simple repair and I had the drains opened up
