Superb! I have started down the track of installing an FCR to my RE5. I have made a manifold that should work reasonably well, and the other fittings aren't too difficult to arrange. The area I'm having real trouble with is jetting. The bike will idle ok, but as soon as I open the throttle it stalls. What size pilot and main jets are you using in your carb, and where do you have the accelerator pump set? Any info greatly appreciated - I really want to get the bike running well with this carb and pass my experiences on to others. I feel this could be a reasonably inexpensive upgrade/alternative to the stock carb for those who aren't absolute sticklers for originality. Thanks Paul Hi, Paul For more informations about the fitting of the FCR, you can ask the man who have done it: Christian RIMAZ. His mail is: acd5rimaz@bluewin.ch

Do you have any videos of you racing your bike? Sure would be cool to see that. I don't hear or read about anyone racing an RE5 very often. This bike is very fascinating to me.
