See below for a diagram of the original tool kit contents. This is taken from the RE5M owner's manual. Toolkits are still available from Suzuki resellers as new items but the tools are slightly different. Most notably, they are missing the "S" logo cast into some of the tools (see photo below from AP951 for original tools). New toolbags are also available but they too lack the "S" logo which was stamped on the originals (as diagrammed below):

Spanners 2 and 3 aren't in the same orientation as the diagram. And who says some of us are anal?

And the pliers aren't in line with the press stud on the pouch

As an aside, using the toolkit ring spanner on the rear axle nut may result in some bruising of the nut.
It would seem that either the nut metal is soft/zinc plating is thin, or the spanner is oversize - I've marked my nut with that Suzuki spanner and will now only use it in an emergency.
A good quality six-point socket won't mark the nut and the proper torque can be applied instead of trying to do it up tight enough by bruising the palm of your hand.
And the nut.

I think the toolkits where only meant for show. I wouldn't use them in anger

The only thing the tool kit is good for is when you are on the side of the road... Stuck.
The best tool for antique motorcycles in the last 25 years is a cell phone.
I never go on a ride without one.
Just my two cents.
Best

But despite the lack of usefulness for the toolkit I am pleased to find out that the bundle of scruffy bits wrapped up in an oily rag that was under the seat is the remains of the original tool kit with 6 of the items remaining. All with the "S" logo....
But you could get the front/rear wheel off with those tools..... Not sure what no1 in the kit is for tho
