Yeah Baby! I hadn't looked that closely at the exhaust before...
Stop Reading. Go ride one. Route 66 just turned smooth as glass.

Their diagram is not quite "fanciful" but it is overly simplistic. For a welcome change from most advertising, the real exhaust structure is actually more sophisticated than the advertising makes out !
But I can see how, if you saw this, you'd think the fresh air mixed in through the spark arrestor holes.

This is the 8 page add on display as wall art in my shop. This took two February 1975 Cycle Guide magazines because the bottom 4 pages are the back of the top 4 which where the center fold.

Thanks Tim. Bought it (via my son in CA- postage to AU was an insane $23 USD + taxes which works out to around $47 AU for a few sheets of A4 paper). But the base price was very sensible.

I'd comment on this but I can't see it. It just comes up with a little symbol that looks like a road "no entry" sign. Obviously my problem as other readers can.

No, it's not just your problem Wayne …. I have the same issue here. :-(
I'd be interested to see it too, if the glitch can be sorted.

Second attempt for all to see, can this picture be seen ? I went into your post to see if I could figure out what the problem is. That has to be the longest url I have ever seen. I haven't read the entire thread yet but what are you trying to post on here? A picture? A website? I couldn't figure out what was in that web address that you're using.

I checked out the thread and see that you're trying to post a picture from a google account that you have. There is no size limit on this site to linked images. The picture is on another server, not on this site so it is the same as linking a web page. You have to have the correct link to the image from the site that has the picture. On whatever source site you are using, there might be a place to click and copy a link to the picture. It should be something like www.mypicture.jpg . When you find what you think is the correct link, just paste the link in the web address area at the top of your browser and see if a picture comes up. If it does, then you know you have the correct link. Then come to this site and paste the link in a post using the image tags that are found where you type your post. If you know that you have a link that will work and you still can't get it to work on here, pm me the link and I will add it to your most recent post or start another post and leave it empty and I can put the link in there. I will watch to see any further progress.
