Thaine has sent me an email detailing some of his expertise and equipment. It's a well equipped Cad cam shop and he has some interesting customers (nothing to do with motorcycles but I'd imagine their machining requests would be right out there sometimes).
If you are thinking you may need something, he could be your man (now's your chance Andy, what was it you needed for the twin ?)

Jeepers, don't even know where to start on my list. I've got a couple of motors, through bolts for the twin housings, dowels, all metal internal seals so basically the big things required are machining up a new center housing out of a nice block of ali.
Won't be starting on it for another year or two yet though as I have to do a car which has been sitting in my shed since 2002!

Thainem has explained to me that he doesn't spend much time on the web and the way to contact him is via email. I've run it by him and the way to do this is to contact me by PM and let me know what you're interested in and I'll pass on Thainem's email.
He does contract work and has a lot of downtime between jobs which he uses to work on his own toys but is happy to do jobs for motorcycles. He writes:
"I would need either the part or a good drawing of the part. The cost will be low. Turnaround may not be quick. The machines I own are a CNC mill and lathe, a CNC plasma table, a CNC laser cutter (good to make gaskets) and a high end 3D printer for plastic parts. I am no good at electronics though".

Hmm...
I'd really like an instrument support bracket made for my RG500.
Since I changed out the OEM wheels for Aprilia RS250 ones, I've had to run an aftermarket electronic speedo. I cobbled up a rough support out of aluminium plate for it, but it looks a bit naff - maybe Thaine could create a much more esoteric, bespoke arrangement?
I have OEM parts I can send to take measurements from - where is Thaine located, Wayne?
