What the heck is that all about? I'm not sure the bike is worth $200.00. No bidders. Go figure.

I believe the seller was refering to paying $200 to a title service company to obtain a legal title for the bike, usually in another state and then supplying that paperwork to you to title in your state.

ITS and other such companies are helpful for lost titles...

I have used them on several occasions in the past... with great sucess...

Unfortunately, restrictions are getting more and more... as folks are afraid that folks will use them to get paper for stolen bikes.
