Well I picked up a second place for my RE5 at the Bikes on the Bay Vintage show in Capitola, CA a couple of weeks ago. Also received an award on the sunset ride at the CJMC Auburn, CA vintage show for rarest bike.
At the upcoming Laguna Seca MotoGP race at the end of July, Motorcyclist Magazine has asked me if they could display my RE5 in their booth at the races. They are going to be highlighting some vintage bikes. Should be fun.
By far the mosted asked question by anyone looking at the RE5 is: "What does it sound like??" Seems to always surprise people when they hear it run.

Nice, well done. I hope you turn the idle air mix to rich so it gets the uneven brapping idle too- that really gets people!

I did a show in Texas this spring with my RE5M and had to start it for a number of people. One was an older mechanic from a Suzuki shop that had never seen one.
